Shipping + Delivery Policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States and Canada.

Orders ship from Puerto Rico. Because parcels route through a mainland facility, delivery to the continental US takes a little longer than a mainland-origin order would.

Standard Shipping (FREE)

• Orders leave our facility in 1 to 2 business days
• Transit takes a further 6 to 10 business days
• Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
• We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number is emailed automatically when the order ships, which can take up to 2 business days. US orders carry a 22-digit USPS number. Canadian orders carry a number that begins with CH and ends with US, and hands off to Canada Post after it leaves the United States. Cross-border scans can pause for several days in normal transit.

Please use the tracking number from your shipping email, not your order number, or it will appear as an error.
