Is there a water bottle that can hold my phone?
Yes. The Steller Magnetic Water Bottle has a magnetic phone holder built into the lid. Your phone snaps to the top of the bottle and stays there while you move around, so you can film a set, follow a recipe, take a call, or watch something without holding both.
What comes in the box?
The bottle, the magnetic phone holder lid, and a magnetic booster ring color matched to your bottle. The ring is what makes a phone without MagSafe stick to the lid, so an Android phone or an older iPhone works from day one with nothing extra to buy.
Does a magnetic water bottle work with a phone case?
Yes, including thick cases. If your phone or case is MagSafe compatible it snaps straight on. If it is not, use the magnetic booster ring that comes in the box. It sticks to the phone or case, gives the magnet something to grip, and keeps working through the case you already use.
Will MagSafe work through a phone case?
With a MagSafe compatible case, yes. With a plain case, the magnetic booster ring included with your bottle sticks to the back of the phone or case and restores the connection.
Are magnets safe to attach to a phone?
Yes. The magnets are the same type used in MagSafe accessories and do not affect your phone, its screen, or your data.
Can I use it in landscape to film or watch something?
Yes. The holder has a 90 degree hinge, so you can set your phone upright for a call or tip it into landscape to film a set or watch a video, without moving the bottle.
How do I hold my phone at the gym without pockets?
Set the bottle down and snap the phone to the lid. It stands at about the right height to film a set or watch a timer, it stays off the gym floor, and it comes off in one motion when you need it.
What size is it and does it keep drinks cold?
32 oz, 18/8 stainless steel, double wall vacuum insulated. Cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12, with no condensation on the outside.
Does it leak in a bag?
The lid is a leak proof design made for travel. It seals when packed.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash only. Our bottles are not dishwasher safe, because the heat cycle can damage the vacuum seal that keeps drinks cold for 24 hours.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. The stainless steel bottle body carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects and loss of insulation performance. The magnetic lid and accessories are wearing parts and are available as replacements.
Ordering, shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free. We deliver to the USA and Canada only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Transit then takes a further 6 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays or weekends.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is not covered and shipping costs are not refundable. Once your return reaches us, processing takes 7 to 14 days, and an approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@stellerco.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We can change your delivery details, name, email, or phone number. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
Where is my order?
Your tracking number is emailed to you 1 to 3 days after you order. If you have not received it 5 days after ordering, contact support@stellerco.com.
