We build our bottles to last, and we stand behind the part that should never wear out.
What's covered
Steller Co. warrants the stainless steel bottle body against defects in materials and workmanship, and against loss of vacuum insulation performance, for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
If the body fails under normal use, we repair or replace it. All we need is proof of purchase from stellerco.com or an authorized seller.
What's not covered
- The magnetic lid, booster ring, and other accessories. These are wearing parts, and replacements are available at stellerco.com.
- Damage from drops, impact, or misuse
- Dishwasher damage. Our bottles are hand wash only.
- Normal cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, and fading
- Products bought from unauthorized resellers
- Commercial or rental use
How to claim
Email support@stellerco.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description of what happened. We reply within one business day and resolve most claims in the first exchange.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. It applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Steller Co.'s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the bottle body. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
